Light golden yellow, with warm and ambered highlights; dried fruit, toasted hazelnuts and spices on the nose which also offer echoes of grain and vinyl; an enveloping sweetness on the palate, magnificently contrasted by acidity, with an aromatic development of dried apricots and orange peel, and a finale of dates and candied fruit made tasty by a light and calibrated tannic vein.
