A clear and flamboyant colour. A wide range of flavours: jam, spices, licorice, tobacco and delicate rose and violet petals tinges. A fresh touch of eucalyptus and undergrowth underlined by the contrasting touch of the ripe and sweet fruit, the bitter walnutskin, the vivid citrus acidity and the detailed tannic texture.
